What we collect

When you use IntellectraAI, we collect:

• Your email address, if you choose to provide it to receive your results.
• Your assessment responses (profession, career stage, and answers to capability questions).
• Basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken) to understand how the product is used.

We do not collect payment information. The assessment is free.

How we use it

• To generate and display your assessment results.
• To send your results to the email address you provide.
• To improve the product based on how it is used in aggregate.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your individual responses with third parties.

Data storage

Your assessment data is stored in a secured database (Supabase). Email addresses are stored only if you provide one. Session data is retained to allow you to return to your results.

Cookies and analytics

We use a session identifier stored in your browser to maintain your assessment progress. We collect anonymised usage events to understand product behaviour. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We will remove your email address and assessment responses within 14 days.
